Katie's diary

To Do List:
 
1. Create more innovative words. Use Gertrude Stein for inspiration.
 
2. Start word game on this blog alog the lines of "Consequences" (see below for start) and invite the disparate parts of Katie to engage in its completion.
 
3. Become head-spinny from sheer difficulty of creating ideologically innovative language and make cup of tea.
 
4. Consider the lily.
 
5. Decide to do list is taking more time than essay that should be writing.
 
CONSEQUENCES
 
A word game where one sentence/two sentences are written by one contestant and then added to by subsequent others. Usually paper based where the paper can be folded over to leave just one intriguing word showing. As this isn't possible online, we will just have to have the full text seen, and a commitment to adding on as disjointed text as possible.
 
To start:
 
A boyish, intrepid explorer entered the forest where many fallen trees had hidden old tracker paths that hunters once used to find deer. It was overcast and his green boots were muddy. A rich smell of earth permeated the spring air. SUDDENLY...
